We are extremely proud of the quality milling our flooring products offer. Every piece is cut and molded on state of the art, precision milling equipment and then end matched. The profile of our flooring material meets NAFMA (North American Flooring Manufacturers Association) 
specifications, including a recessed nail channel and thicker wear surface. Finally, we mill our products to such exacting thickness specifications that less sanding is required than with most competing products.
The Mesquite we use is carefully dried in our computer controlled commercial kilns. Sensors are placed throughout each lot of wood to accurately monitor temperature and humidity. This conditioning process is critical to the uniform curing of the wood and to ensure that the material is stable and properly prepared for milling. Proper drying is the only way to ensure insects like the powder post beetle are eliminated from the wood. Only a state of the art commercial kiln can achieve this level of drying.
